Last updated: October 9, 2026
These terms apply to your visit to the klik website. The phone app will have its own terms and privacy information once it is available.
Who are we?
klik is a service of Kjobe B.V., Stationsstraat 34, 5141 GE Waalwijk, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: 82833184. You can read more about your data in our privacy and cookie information.
What this website is
The website explains klik: how the app is intended to work, which choices you make yourself and how we approach safety and privacy. You cannot create an account, date or chat here. The app is not available yet; until working store links exist, the status stays Coming soon.
Using the website
You may browse the website and share its content with a link. You will not use the website to disrupt how it works, to automatically fetch large numbers of pages or to mislead others.
Information and descriptions of the app
We do our best to keep information correct and up to date. Descriptions of the app show how klik is intended to work. Features, names and choices may still change. Example people and screens are illustrations, not existing members. Blog articles are general tips, not personal, legal or medical advice, and offer no guarantee of any outcome or of safety.
Copyright and brand
The texts, images, logo and the name klik belong to Kjobe B.V. or the relevant rights holder. Without prior written permission you may not copy them or use them for your own products, except for short quotations with attribution and for reporting on klik using the press materials on the press page.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage resulting from using, or being unable to use, the website. This does not limit our liability for intent or deliberate recklessness, nor the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law. We are not responsible for websites we link to.
Changes and applicable law
We may change these terms; the date at the top shows when that last happened. Dutch law applies to these terms. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can always bring a dispute before the competent court there.
